MTC

We had a wonderful experience in the MTC where we received much of our training.

Setting apart of Arlaine Austin (Wednesday, April 16, 2008)

Arlaine Austin, in the name of Jesus Christ and by the authority we hold, we lay our hands upon your head and set you apart to serve in the Germany, Berlin mission
Heavenly Father is pleased with your desire to serve and recognizes your sacrifices in leaving your friends and family, and he will bless you.
We bless you to speak the language. The gift of tongues will be yours and you will be able to enunciate, and speak with those you associate without problems. Bless you that you will be able to convey your love to others and bear your testimony and others will feel it and be impacted. As you open your mouth to teach others will be blessed.

The spirit will be with you to help you memorize scriptures and passages of dialogue.

Bless you with love for the people immediately. Remember the message is the most important thing that you will give. You are a woman of faith.

Bless you to feel, hear and see more through the spirit. You will be blessed to understand the needs of those you associate and give proper nourishment.

Bless you that your teaching skills will be magnified. Your testimony will ring true and you will be an example of righteousness to Young Women in how to provide care for children and how to nurture them.

Bless you to be healthy your entire mission and able to withstand the vigor's of the mission. Express your love to your husband and counsel with him.

Counsel with your Heavenly Father in times of discouragement and he will give you strength to carry on in faith. Bless you with faith in Him to be able to fulfill your missionary purposes.

Bear testimony to family. They will grow spiritually, their faith will increase, and they will prosper while you are gone.
We pronounce these things in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
